Genesis 4v8-10:         But Cain had words with his brother Abel, and when they were out in the field, Cain assaulted his brother Abel and killed him. Then the Lord asked Cain, "Where is your brother Abel ? " He said, " I do not know. Am I my brother's keeper? He said, "What have you done? Listen ! Your brother's blood is crying to Me from the ground".

Deuteronomy 5v17:     You shall not commit murder.

Proverbs 3v29:         Do not devise harm against your neighbour, for trustingly he lives besides you.
